Welcome to Bluff Kingdom (“Bluff Kingdom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a skill-based, multiplayer bluffing and prediction-style game platform for entertainment purposes.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bluff Kingdom website, applications, features, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Platform may support stable-value digital tokens (currently USDC and USDT) on multiple supported blockchain networks as payment methods for gameplay and withdrawals. Supported tokens and networks are shown in the app and may change over time.

Bluff Kingdom is not a bank, not a financial advisor, not a cryptocurrency exchange, and not a trading platform. The Platform does not offer investment products, yield, interest, or profit guarantees.

For the purpose of these Terms:

• “Game” means a user-created challenge with exactly two possible outcomes (e.g., TRUE/BLUFF or YES/NO) that participants choose between.
• “Creator” means a user who creates a Game and may add an initial amount to seed a pool.
• “Participant” means a user who joins a Game by selecting an outcome and committing an amount.
• “Pool” means the total amount committed by Participants (and any Creator seed amount that is actually matched/used by Participant commitments, depending on the game design).
• “Supported Tokens” means the stable-value digital tokens accepted by the Platform as payment methods. As of today, this includes USDC and USDT, subject to change as displayed in-app.
• “Supported Networks” means the blockchain networks on which the Platform accepts Supported Tokens. Supported Networks are displayed in-app and may change over time.
• “Fees” means platform fees described in these Terms and displayed in the app at the time of action.
• “Network Fee” or “Gas Fee” means the blockchain transaction fee required to process a transaction on a Supported Network.

To use Bluff Kingdom, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Use the Platform only where permitted by applicable laws and regulations
• Not be subject to sanctions or located in a restricted jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local and international laws

To access most features, you must create an account.

By creating and using an account, you agree:

• One person may maintain only one account unless we explicitly authorize otherwise in writing
• You must provide a valid email address for sign-in, security notices, and essential communications
• Usernames may be generated automatically; you must not impersonate others or use misleading, abusive, or infringing names
• You are responsible for safeguarding access to your email account and device(s)
• You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or suspicious account activity
• We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten platform integrity

Bluff Kingdom is a skill-based entertainment platform. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, or trading advice.

We do not provide exchange services, brokerage services, custody services as a regulated custodian, or trading functionality. We do not facilitate buying or selling cryptocurrency for fiat currency.

Using Supported Tokens (USDC/USDT) on the Platform is solely a payment method for participating in skill-based games. We do not promise profit, returns, interest, or guaranteed outcomes.

Bluff Kingdom does not require you to connect a browser wallet. Instead, we generate deposit addresses per Supported Network for your account and allow you to set withdrawal addresses per network (where supported).

The Platform may support USDC and USDT across multiple networks based on availability and your needs. Supported Tokens and Supported Networks are displayed inside the app.

By depositing or withdrawing, you agree:

• You must send only Supported Tokens (e.g., USDC or USDT) to the deposit address shown in your account, and only on the correct Supported Network
• Sending the wrong token, using the wrong network, or sending to an incorrect address may be irreversible and may result in permanent loss
• You are responsible for ensuring any withdrawal address you provide is accurate and under your control
• We never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private keys, and you must never share them with anyone
• We may delay or restrict withdrawals for security reviews, suspected abuse, sanctions screening, or legal compliance checks where applicable
• Your external wallet or exchange may charge its own fees when you send tokens to our deposit address (including withdrawal fees and network fees). Those external fees are outside our control.
• If you need help with deposits/withdrawals, contact support@bluffkingdom.com. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.

Bluff Kingdom hosts binary, skill-based games created by users. Each game has exactly two possible outcomes.

By creating or joining games, you agree to:

• Read the game description carefully before participating and choose only one of the two available outcomes
• Follow all game rules and platform policies designed to maintain fairness and integrity
• Understand that games are entertainment and skill-based: results are determined by the game’s defined resolution method and/or verification process
• Not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with any fairness, verification, or settlement mechanism
• Accept that once you confirm participation in a live game, your commitment is typically final except where we void or cancel due to technical or integrity issues
• Understand that we may cancel/void games if we detect abuse, collusion, manipulation, prohibited content, or critical technical errors

Bluff Kingdom charges fees only as described below and as shown in the app at the time of action.

Play Fee (2%): We charge a 2% platform play fee only on the total amount actually committed by Participants in a game (the amount “played”). We do not charge a play fee on any unused portion of a Creator’s seed amount that is not matched/used by Participant commitments.

Withdrawal Fee (2%): We charge a 2% fee on withdrawal amounts processed from your in-platform balance to your external address.

Gas / Network Fees on Withdrawals: Bluff Kingdom covers the standard blockchain network (gas) fee required to process your withdrawal transaction. This means the amount you receive in your external wallet is the withdrawal amount minus the 2% Withdrawal Fee (not reduced further by gas fees).

These fees apply regardless of which Supported Token (USDC or USDT) you use, unless the app explicitly states otherwise for a specific feature or region.

• Example: If a Creator seeds 100 and Participants only commit 20 total, the Play Fee is 2% of 20 (0.40), not 2% of 100.
• Example: If you withdraw 50, the Withdrawal Fee is 2% of 50 (1.00). You will receive exactly 49 in your external wallet, because Bluff Kingdom covers the network (gas) fee for the withdrawal transaction.

To keep Bluff Kingdom safe and fair, creators and participants must follow content rules. We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate these standards.

You must not create or promote games that:

• Encourage violence, self-harm, threats, or illegal activity
• Involve real-world tragedies, disasters, deaths, or targeted harm
• Impersonate individuals, brands, support agents, or claim “leaks/insider info” about real entities
• Request off-platform payments, wallet credentials, seed phrases, private keys, or “verification” steps
• Include hate speech, harassment, sexual exploitation, or content involving minors
• Are designed primarily to deceive users into sending funds or revealing sensitive data

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using bots/scripts/automation to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes, pools, rankings, referrals, or platform metrics
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts to bypass limits or enforcement
• Attempting to interfere with verification, settlement, or any fairness mechanism
• Harassment, hate speech, abusive conduct, or illegal/infringing content
• Using the Platform for money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or other illegal activity
• Attempting to hack, probe, reverse engineer, or compromise platform security

We are committed to a fair platform for everyone. If we reasonably suspect abuse, cheating, fraud attempts, automation, or violations of these Terms, we may take actions including:

• Issuing warnings or requiring additional verification
• Removing games, canceling/voiding outcomes, or reversing credited results from abusive activity
• Restricting features (including withdrawals) while we investigate
• Suspending or permanently terminating accounts for repeated or severe violations
• Withholding or confiscating amounts proven to be directly connected to violations where permitted by applicable law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluff Kingdom and its owners, operators, affiliates, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Without limiting the above, we are not responsible for:

• Loss of funds due to sending the wrong token (USDC vs USDT), wrong network, or wrong address
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your email, device, or external wallet/exchange account
• Blockchain congestion, downtime, forks, or third-party outages
• Service interruptions, bugs, or delays (we will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability)
• Changes in third-party token behavior, token issuer decisions, or network rules that affect transfers or availability
• Any fees charged by external wallets/exchanges when you send tokens to the Platform (these are outside our control)

You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, or government charges that may apply to your activity on the Platform.

We do not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified professional if needed.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Platform, business practices, safety requirements, or applicable laws.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice through the Platform and/or by email.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Uganda, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
